About the Role:
As a Web Designer and Developer at ACC Group AG, you will play a central role in shaping the digital face of our AI-native asset and wealth management brand. You will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and evolving our global web presence across multiple platforms, ensuring a consistent, high-quality, and forward-looking digital experience that reflects our position at the intersection of finance, technology, and artificial intelligence.
You will collaborate closely with our marketing, communications, and engineering teams to design a seamless online journey that conveys the sophistication of our Financial AGI vision while remaining intuitive and user-centric. This role combines design thinking, technical implementation, and strategic brand development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, design, and implement modern, responsive web interfaces for our corporate and product websites
- Maintain and evolve a consistent global design language and ensure brand cohesion across all digital channels
- Develop and manage a comprehensive style guide and component library for web assets
- Collaborate with product, AI, and content teams to create visually engaging pages that communicate complex topics clearly and elegantly
- Implement and optimize front-end code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness
- Work with marketing to improve UX and conversion rates through analytics, A/B testing, and iterative design
- Ensure compliance with accessibility, privacy, and data-protection requirements (GDPR / FADP)
- Integrate visual design with backend systems and APIs in coordination with software engineering teams
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining design quality, consistency, and adherence to timelines
- Stay up to date on trends in design, AI visualization, and financial communication
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Media Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design and front-end web development, ideally in a technology or financial environment
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design principles
- Experience managing and maintaining web design systems or component libraries
- Excellent sense of aesthetics, user-centric design, and visual communication
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., Webflow, Wix Studio, or WordPress) and web analytics tools
- Basic knowledge of SEO and web performance optimization
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate design rationale clearly
- Fluent in English; German is an advantage
Formal education is not a strict requirement — equivalent professional experience or a strong portfolio of relevant work and projects will also be considered.
