‍About the Role:
As a UI/UX Designer at ACC Group AG, you will play a key role in shaping the visual and interactive experience of our digital ecosystem. You will help define how users engage with our AI-native financial technologies — from onboarding flows and dashboards to investment comparison tools and intelligent interfaces powered by Financial AGI.

Your mission is to translate complex data and advanced AI functionality into clear, human-centered experiences that feel intuitive, elegant, and trustworthy. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to create designs that reflect both aesthetic excellence and functional precision.

‍Key Responsibilities:

• Design user interfaces and end-to-end experiences for our digital wealth and asset management products
• Translate product requirements and AI-driven insights into wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and interactive designs
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems that ensure consistency across web and mobile platforms
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and behavior analysis to continuously improve UX quality
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design accuracy in implementation and optimize for responsiveness and accessibility
• Create visual assets and animations that clarify financial concepts and AI-based recommendations
• Partner with marketing and communications to align product interfaces with ACC Group’s brand identity and design language
• Contribute to UX documentation, design principles, and process improvements to scale our design operations
• Work closely with the AI and analytics teams to visualize data in ways that enhance transparency and understanding for end users

‍Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Media Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, ideally in a technology, fintech, or data-driven environment
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Strong understanding of interaction design, design systems, and user-centered design methodology
• Experience with responsive design and accessibility standards across web and mobile
• Familiarity with prototyping tools, usability testing platforms, and data visualization concepts
• Knowledge of front-end principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and ability to communicate effectively with developers
• Excellent visual design skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate complex ideas simply
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage

Formal education is not a strict requirement — equivalent professional experience or a strong portfolio of relevant work and projects will also be considered.
