About the Role:
As Portfolio Manager at ACC Group, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing client portfolios using our proprietary AI-driven investment engine. Your primary focus will be the precise execution and continuous control of investment decisions in line with client mandates, company guidelines, and regulatory standards.
You will collaborate closely with the quantitative research, AI, and risk management teams to ensure that our investment models are effectively applied across portfolios — balancing performance, liquidity, and risk. This role requires a strong understanding of portfolio construction, financial markets, and the discipline to translate AI-driven insights into actionable investment execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and monitor portfolio transactions based on signals and strategies generated by ACC-Artemis, our proprietary AI investment engine.
- Ensure all investment decisions are implemented in full compliance with client risk profiles, mandates, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee portfolio construction, asset allocation, and performance attribution across multiple asset classes, including equities, fixed income, alternatives, and digital assets.
- Collaborate with the AI and quantitative research teams to refine models, improve predictive accuracy, and integrate new data sources into the investment process.
- Conduct ongoing analysis of portfolio exposure, drawdown risk, and correlation dynamics to maintain robust risk management and diversification.
- Review and validate trade execution quality, transaction costs, and liquidity management.
- Prepare investment reports, client updates, and performance reviews for internal committees and external stakeholders.
- Stay informed about macroeconomic trends, market developments, and regulatory changes impacting investment strategies.
- Contribute to the continuous development of the firm’s investment methodology, helping bridge quantitative innovation with prudent portfolio management.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Quantitative Finance, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in portfolio management, equity or fixed-income research, or quantitative investment roles
- Solid understanding of modern portfolio theory, risk modeling, and performance measurement techniques
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in Python, R, or MATLAB
- Familiarity with Bloomberg, Refinitiv, or similar professional financial data systems
- High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and structured decision-making ability
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; German is an advantage
- Professional certifications such as CFA or CAIA are considered an asset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with or managing quantitative or systematic investment strategies
- Familiarity with backtesting, portfolio optimization, and algorithmic execution frameworks
- Strong understanding of compliance processes and risk monitoring in regulated asset management environments
- Ability to collaborate effectively with AI researchers, engineers, and product teams to enhance investment execution and oversight
