‍About the Role:
As Working Student Investment Analyst at ACC Group, you will gain hands-on experience in AI-powered investment management. You will support our investment, quant, and AI teams in developing new strategies, performing market analyses, and contributing to the creation of next-generation financial products.

You will be exposed to the core of AI-assisted investment research and gain insights into quantitative finance, risk management, and portfolio construction.

‍Key Responsibilities:

• Support the investment and AI teams in analyzing market data and identifying trends across asset classes.
• Assist in developing and testing investment strategies using Python, R, or MATLAB.
• Conduct financial and quantitative analyses under supervision of senior analysts and portfolio managers.
• Prepare internal reports, presentations, and dashboards for ongoing research projects.
• Participate in data preparation, cleaning, and validation processes for model training.
• Support research on portfolio optimization, ESG integration, and systematic strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help improve analytical workflows and data pipelines.

‍Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong interest in financial markets, AI applications, and quantitative investing.
• Basic knowledge of financial instruments, portfolio theory, and risk management.
• Experience with Python, R, or Excel for data analysis and modeling.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and curiosity for problem-solving.
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage.

• Prior internship or project experience in asset management, fintech, or data analytics.
