‍About the Role:
As Investment Analyst at ACC Group, you will work at the intersection of finance, quantitative research, and artificial intelligence. You will support the design, evaluation, and implementation of AI-driven investment strategies — translating financial data and research insights into actionable portfolio decisions.

Working closely with the Chief Investment Officer, quantitative researchers, and the AI development team, you will contribute to the evolution of our investment products and support the continuous refinement of our proprietary Financial AGI systems. This position is ideal for analytically driven professionals who seek to merge financial expertise with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the future of intelligent asset management.

‍Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quantitative, fundamental, and macroeconomic analysis across global equity, fixed income, and alternative markets.
• Support the CIO and portfolio management teams in strategy development, risk assessment, and product innovation.
• Perform valuation modeling, factor analysis, and backtesting of investment hypotheses.
• Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to integrate financial data into predictive models and optimization frameworks.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and performance analytics to monitor and evaluate investment portfolios.
• Participate in the preparation of investment memos and research documentation for internal committees and external stakeholders.
• Continuously monitor market trends, economic data, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and risks.
• Contribute to the creation of new AI-driven investment products and systematic strategies.

‍Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in investment analysis, asset management, equity research, or quantitative finance.
• Strong understanding of portfolio theory, risk modeling, and financial instruments (equities, derivatives, and funds).
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis (Excel, Python, R, or MATLAB).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German is an advantage.
• High motivation, intellectual curiosity, and a strong interest in AI-assisted investment research.

• Experience working in a quantitative or AI-driven investment environment.
• Familiarity with machine learning applications, backtesting environments, or portfolio analytics tools.
• Knowledge of ESG integration, financial APIs, or market data platforms (Bloomberg, Refinitiv).
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in cross-functional and fast-paced teams.
