‍About the Role:
As Chief Investment Officer (CIO) at ACC Group AG, you will lead the strategic direction of our global investment operations and define how intelligence, data, and capital intersect within an AI-native asset management framework.

Your focus will lie on developing and advancing innovative investment strategies and portfolio architectures that leverage ACC Group’s proprietary AI models, quantitative research, and real-time data analytics. You will oversee multi-asset portfolios across equities, fixed income, alternatives, and digital assets — ensuring disciplined execution, robust risk management, and strong alignment with the firm’s long-term strategic objectives.

This is a key executive leadership role at the intersection of finance and technology, responsible for transforming Financial AGI research into practical, high-performance investment solutions. Working closely with our CTO and AI research teams, you will drive the continuous development of our model-driven investment engine, expand our product portfolio, and ensure that every strategy combines innovation with prudence, precision, and regulatory integrity.

‍Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership & Capital Allocation: Define and implement ACC Group’s global investment strategy across equities, fixed income, derivatives, digital assets, and alternatives.
• Portfolio & Risk Oversight: Establish and continuously refine robust risk management frameworks balancing alpha generation, liquidity, and regulatory compliance.
• Quantitative Innovation: Drive the integration of AI, machine learning, and quantitative research into investment decision-making, portfolio optimization, and predictive analytics.
• Product & Portfolio Development: Lead the design, testing, and deployment of new investment strategies and client solutions, powered by ACC Group’s proprietary AI models and real-time data systems.
• Performance Management: Oversee systematic portfolio construction, attribution, stress testing, and model-based performance measurement across all asset classes.
• Leadership & Talent Development: Build and mentor a high-performing team of portfolio managers, quantitative researchers, and data scientists focused on innovation and execution excellence.
• Investor Relations & Capital Raising: Represent ACC Group to institutional investors, strategic partners, and clients — communicating our philosophy, performance, and technology-driven edge.
• Governance & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to investment governance standards and compliance under FINMA, MiFID II, and international frameworks.
• Market Intelligence & Research Leadership: Lead macroeconomic and market research initiatives to anticipate opportunities and inform strategic asset allocation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the CTO, AI research, and compliance teams to align research, infrastructure, and investment objectives across the organization.

‍Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in senior investment or portfolio management roles within asset management, banking, or family office environments
• Proven expertise in multi-asset portfolio management, including equities, credit, derivatives, and alternative investments
• Advanced background in quantitative methods, portfolio optimization, and risk modeling
• Deep understanding of systematic and AI-assisted investment processes
• Demonstrated success in managing institutional strategies with consistent alpha generation
• Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of engaging with both executive and investor audiences
• Master’s or PhD in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Physics, or a related quantitative discipline
• Professional certifications such as CFA, FRM, or CAIA are considered an asset
• Fluency in English; German or French is an advantage

• Global perspective and experience managing cross-border investments and regulatory frameworks
